ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Law enforcement is investigating a suspicious death in the area of 2nd Street and Lexington Avenue. Police say crews responded to an EMS call at around 11 a.m. on Thursday and arrived on the scene to find a 31-year-old female deceased. JOHNSTOWN, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Anthony Dotson, 37, of Utica, was sentenced for multiple charges, including second-degree murder. Dotson was accused of stabbing and killing Sara Stinnett and starting a structure fire at the building where Stinnett's body was located. Dotson was sentenced to 25 years to life for murder and first-degree arson, 5 years for strangulation in the second degree, and one year for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The 45-year-old Johnstown man accused of causing the death of Amanda Sullivan pleaded guilty to second-degree vehicular manslaughter. Richard T. The indictment alleges that Irelan was operating a motorcycle while under the influence on July 30 in the Town of Wilton. Sullivan was a passenger on his motorcycle. Ireland was allegedly driving erratically and rear-ended a pickup truck on the I-87 Exit 15 southbound off-ramp. Sullivan was ejected during the crash. She succumbed to her injuries at the Saratoga Hospital.Police say Ireland's blood alcohol concentration was 0.09% at the time of the crash. 15-Year-Old Girl Injured in Pedestrian Accident near 3300 block of North John Stockbauer DriveVICTORIA, TX (November 9, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a teen girl was hospitalized after a pedestrian crash on John Stockbauer Drive.The accident happened around 7:20 a.m. on October 25th, in the 3300 block of North John Stockbauer Drive.According to VPD, a 2009 Toyota Sienna heading south when the driver failed to yield at a crosswalk. The Toyota struck a pedestrian at the crossing for reasons currently unknown.Authorities said that the driver is a 64-year-old adult while the pedestrian is a 15-year-old girl.
